This can be achieved by providing efficient, effective and effective treatment, rehabilitation, treatment and rehabilitation services with emphasis on underprivileged groups.

Hospital Tuanku Fauziah is equipped with 404 beds and is a district hospital with specialist services, outpatients and wards.

Background

The Tuanku fauziah Hospital (HTF), was officially established in 1909 and offers a roaring service for the state of Perlis. HTF is a government hospital that caters for healthcare for a population of 260,000 thousand.

HTF offers secondary and tertiary services comprising outpatient services, inpatients and support treatment using state-of-the-art technology.

The service offered for outpatient treatment consists of 10 specialist clinics, the Surgical Out Patient Department (SOPD) Clinic, the Medical Out Patient Department Clinic (MOPD), the Ear Clinic, Nose and Throat (ENT), Obstetrics and Gynaecology Clinics (O & G ),

Dermatology Clinics, Cardiology Clinics, Orthopedic Clinics, Psychiatric Clinics and Ophthalmology Clinics. Outpatient appointments are based on periodic systems and block systems. In 2012 there were nearly 200,000 outpatients receiving treatment at these clinics.

1. STAFF SERVICES

1.1 Emergency patients will be given immediate treatment.
1.2 Patients will be given medical treatment within 1 hour after
admission to ward.
1.3 Patients will be served by an Expert Medical Officer
at least 1 time while in the ward.

2. SERVICE FACILITY

2.1 Each customer will be provided with facilities and environment
clean and perfect.
2.2 It is the responsibility of every healthcare staff to take care of
confidentiality of customer information.

3. SERVICES INFORMATION
