Hospital Queen Elizabeth II set up for help an individual achieve and maintain a health standard to enable him to carry out productive economic and social life

This can be achieved by providing efficient, effective and effective treatment, rehabilitation, treatment and rehabilitation services with emphasis on underprivileged groups.

Background

The history of Hospital Queen Elizabeth II began when a Sale and Purchase Agreement (Signing of Sales & Purchase) was performed on September 9th, 2009. After the purchase agreements were signed, the acquisition of Sabah Medical Centre (SMC) to Queen Elizabeth II Hospital (HQE II) was made on November 3rd, 2009.

This was followed by several maintenance and renovation of buildings in each level begins at the end of February 2010 and was completed on May 23rd, 2011. The Launching Ceremony of HQE II as Sabah Heart Treatment Centre (SABAH HEART CENTRE) was held on February 1st, 2012 officiated by YBhg Datuk Rosnah Hj Shirlin, Deputy Minister of Health, Malaysia.

2.1 Every customer will be well-served, friendly, considerate, respectful, polite, honest and sincere.
2.2 Every customer will be treated as professionally as possible.

3. SERVICES INFORMATION
3.1 Every client may obtain clarification and advice on the services provided to him.
3.2 Every customer may obtain a report on the services it receives as soon as possible after making the application in accordance with the prescribed regulations.

4. HEALTH EDUCATION
4.1 Every customer will be given information on important aspects in terms of health care and disease prevention.

To enable the Ministry of Health / Queen Elizabeth II Hospital to effectively implement the Charter, the customer is obliged to:

Hospital Queen Elizabeth II aims to be the center of Sabah Heart with health services through:
