Hospital Daro is a government hospital located in Sarawak, Malaysia. It is one of the government hospitals network under the Ministry of Health Malaysia and is an Independent Non-Specialist hospital located in Mukah, Sarawak. The hospital has an official bed number of 46 beds. It started operating in 1994 and offers a wide range of medical and health services for residents especially around the Daro and Matu districts.
Prior to the establishment of the existing hospital, the Daro residents have received medical and health services from a Rural Clinic (1963) which was later upgraded to the Daro District Health Center (1991).
Background
Hospital Daro was built in February 1991 on the site located at Jalan Itol. It is about 3 km from Daro Town. It is anticipated that the construction of the hospital is expected to be completed in December 1992 but due to some inevitable, the construction has to be postponed several times and finally completed in September, 1994.
Hospital Daro commenced operations on November 27, 1994, although it has not officially opened at that time

Hospital Daro offers several services such as clinical services, pathology, anxiety & trauma services, Surgical / CSSU halls, hemodialysis.
In addition, when it was operational, Hospital Daro also had 68 official beds for inpatient treatment, 46 beds in public ward, and six beds for maternity ward and children’s ward.
