2. Ensure waiting time in the Emergency and Trauma Department as follows:

a. 100% cases in the red zone are seen instantly;

b. 100% of the case in the yellow zone is seen within 15 minutes or less.

3. Each patient will be treated with a professional;

4. Provide efficient and safe service to customers;

5. All information on illness and treatment will be kept confidential and can only be in             formed to certain parties with the consent of the patient, subject to the law;

6. Provide a written acknowledgment of receipt or e-mail to the complainant within one           (1) working day after complaint is received;

7. Ensure that the patient’s medical report is completed within 14 working days from the        date of complete application accepted;

8. The waiting time for medicines at the Outpatient Pharmacy Counter is within 30                 minutes.
