SB RENT CAR SELF-DRIVE RATES

Minimum rental charge is one day (24 hours period). Hourly charge is based on the sixth (1/6) of the applicable daily rate to the maximum of six hours, there after a full day rate will be charged.

VEHICLE CONDITION

Upon return, the car has to be in the same condition as when it was rented. Failing which, the renter will be liable for the cost of restoring the vehicle to its original condition.

EXTENSION OF RENTAL

Any extension of rental beyond the agreed return date and time must be informed in advance with the required additional rental paid.

INSURANCE

The rates shown below include full indemnity for accidental damage to third party property. However, in line with the commercial insurance practice, the Renter is always responsible for an amount equivalent to the excess clause as follows:

D – H RM 3000.00
I – K RM 4000.00
Renter is reminded that under body , overhead damage is at the Renter’s risk at all time and all insurance is void if vehicles are driven on unsealed and unmade roads or surfaces. Missing of vehicle accessories not protected. All rentals are subject to the full terms and conditions set out in the Rental Agreement

Responsibility damage to vehicle

All the costs in repairing in any damage shall be payable by you.
Car Damage below the cost (A-C,D-H,I-K) Rm4000 the insurance will not cover.
If you involve in a accident and have injured parties,call us and stop your car immediately.
Noted down details of the accident scene, the names,identity card numbers and address of involved parties witnesses and take photographs of the vehicle . Make a police report within 24 hours , may not pay money to the other accident party because we need to get the police report . Police summons Rm300 (No Discount) if you are found guilty in an accident .

DRIVER’S LICENSE AND AGE REQUIREMENT

We recognize most of the valid national or International Driving Licenses on the whole wide world, including Malaysian, Singapore and etc. driving licenses. Overseas tourists may use International Driving licenses by their country of residence.It is important that Renter and any additional drivers must be at least 23 years of age and over.

RENT-IT-HERE, LEAVE-IT-THERE*

One – Way Rental service is available for Renter’s convenience. However, a minimum of 3 days rental plus repositioning fee is applicable. Details will be available at the time of enquiry. * Only available in Penang Island of Malaysia.

PARKING CHARGES AND TRAFFIC OFFENCE

All traffic, parking offences, courts costs and other expenses that may assessed against us which are due by the reason of Renter’s possession or use of our vehicle, will be fully borne by the Renter. We will contact the Renter where possible if it receives parking or traffic summons pertaining to the period under rental. Otherwise, Renter’s particulars will be submitted to the authority concerned.
